Login to your account on our website, go to the list of your VPS servers and use the reboot link. Reboots are performed instantly, and your VPS server should become available again within 1-5 minutes depending on the current job queue. If you cannot access your VPS server via remote desktop connection and rebooting does not help please open a support ticket and we will look into the problem.
