How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

Please login to your account on our website, go to the VPS management page and choose the subscription you wish to cancel. On the next renewal date your vps will be removed and the subscription will be cancelled on the paypal system automatically. You do not need to login to paypal directly but if you do and cancel your subscription for there instead it will be reflected on our website and the cancellation will take place as normal.

Please make sure you remove all files you wish to keep before subscription end date as once it has been deactivated from our system we will not be able to recover any data

How Cancellation Works

When you request cancellation via my account then the subscription is changed to Pending Cancellation status and the paypal subscription is automatically suspended.
You can continue to use the VPS until your next renewal period at which point the VPS will be removed from our systems, the subscription changed to cancelled status and the paypal subscription cancelled automatically.

Please note we do not give refunds for part used subscription periods (pro rata) all vps are charged weekly, there is no minimum contract.
